"1 out of 5 stars ? Kitchen Renovation from Hell ? Avoid Alex at All Costs. We hired Alex to handle our full kitchen renovation, and it turned into an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Right off the bat, he showed up with the completely wrong cabinets and wrong measurements. When we pointed it out, he had excuse after excuse?wrong order, supplier mix-up, miscommunication?never once taking responsibility. Weeks later he finally brought what he claimed were the ?right? ones, only for us to discover they weren?t measured correctly at all. The fit was terrible, gaps everywhere, doors not aligning. He literally stood there and insisted ?it looks fine? and refused to replace them. It took multiple heated arguments and threats to get him to actually order and install the correct cabinets. The cabinets arrived and they were shockingly low quality?thin particle board, flimsy hardware, cheap laminate that already looks worn after a few weeks. Please do NOT hire him."
