"Sales and selection process were excellent. Installation was neat and efficient. The installers were highly detail oriented. Finished product looks great. They only issue was it took FOREVER to get the job done. My entry doors and slider were custom but not odd size, the other doors were stock. Contract was signed in early January and installation wasn't until September. So plan ahead. I suppose this was the door manufacturer's fault, but 9 months seems extreme. Permitting was not the hold up. Even my roof was faster than that. (I could have had it installed in late August but we were away, but I'm only talking like 2 weeks difference.)"

"From start to finish the guys at Bigfoot have been pure professionals. Initially, we wanted to just replace some old windows....but that soon escalated into sealing up an old window, removing old mouldings around the inside of the windows, making the walls good, changing the header and columns at the front of the house and also having the house re-stuccoed. Every step of the of the process was a breeze. With the expertise knowledge from Alex and Leo nothing was too much and everything was always fully explained to me. In short, I couldn't be happier with job these guys completed at my house! I will be using them again."
