After ordering the vinyl flooring, I think the office could have been a little more proactive about notifying me when the vinyl came in and when it would be installed. I only had a day's notice of when they were coming. Installation was great, very professional and neat. They moved the furniture and put everything back when they were done. She has a firm grasp of design concepts and gave us functional and beautiful designs. She is a skillful communicator, equally strong at explaining choices and listening to and addressing our concerns or preferences. Emily kept the projects on track and made herself available for our questions. Our initial choice for laminate flooring for the kitchen was discontinued by the manufacturer. Emily immediately contacted us, and we met. She presented other recommended choices that would work with our counter top choice and existing cabinetry. We ended up with beautiful flooring and an on-schedule installation. Emily visited our home throughout the projects and always answered our phone calls and emails promptly.
