"We had water leaking from an exhaust vent in our bathroom after the last storm. I called Robinson Roofing and left a message. Paul Robinson, the owner, called me back a couple of hours later. We set a rough time to meet the next day since I would be home all day. Paul sent me a text message during that time window letting me know he was on his way. He was very nice and personable. He took pictures of the vents on our roof and said all of our exhaust vents needed to be sealed (which was not surprising since it is an older home). We agreed on a price and he did the work right away. He also swept off the tree debris that had collected in the valleys of the roof and cleaned off the gutters. Just to be nice, he even swept off the front porch and drive. He took pictures of all work both before and after and showed us the pictures. He explained that all work comes with a one year guarantee and said he would email that in writing along with a receipt later that day.
We are very pleased with the work that was done. Mr. Robinson was very nice and professional. The work was fast and very affordable. If we have any other roofing issues in the future, we will definitely have the work done by Robinson Roofing.

"It was really a pleasure to work with Noah of JMI Roofing. We had a small job - just to replace the dryer vent cover on our roof that had broken off in a storm. We called other places, and two said they didn't have time for it at all, another estimated a rate of 150% of Noah's and said it would be 3-4 weeks before they could get to it! I called Noah on Monday, he came out Tuesday to give an estimate, and said he could do the job on Wednesday! We ended up waiting a few more days to do it, for our own reasons, but Noah was super patient and easy to work with as we figured out our schedule. Once I told Noah we were ready to commit, he said they could come the next day to do the job. I was really impressed by Noah's promptness and rate. He also did a small grout job for our shower for free! He was also really easy to get ahold of. He replied almost immediately to my texts and we talked on the phone several times. A big improvement over people who take days to respond to your questions! One last thing - we built our house a few years ago, and the manager of our build (who is super knowledgeable about construction in NWA) said he had only heard good things about JMI Roofing! I highly recommend!"

"From start to finish, Jim and his crew (Allen and Ronnie) were fantastic to work with.  Very punctual, finished ahead of schedule and had a keen eye for detail and quality.  They were always open to suggestions by us, always willing to make a recommendation on material type or how to detail a condition and extremely fair on settling up on a material cost plus contract.  He provided a proof of insurance.  Jobsite was sparkling clean when they completed the work.
