"My review of the work I have had done by Thomas Gianni & Sons Inc.. They really did a great job of working on my property. I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."

"There are professionals who paint and then there are professional painters. Anderson and his crew have painting honed to an art form. This is the 3rd time we’ve asked the, back into our home, and we have not been disappointed once. They are punctual, courteous, careful, and methodical. Switch covers and outlet covers are removed, not painted around. They’ve been able to turn the most damaged and wavy walls into near-perfect surfaces you’d swear are brand new - if you hadn’t watch them toil from 8am till after 5pm every day for a week to rehab it. They clean up each day, do their best to keep the dust contained with the latest technology vacuum sanders and plastic containment sheets. They know every trick of the trade and bring it all to bear on your project. If they say they can do it faster or cheaper than your other quotes, it’s because they know something the other guys don’t. If they say it will take longer, trust them... they’ve don’t it before and know what they are talking about.
