They always left a detailed summary report of the treatment done on that particular day. When I had an event planned for the weekend, I contacted them to be sure they did not come out the days prior to treat the lawn. They were very accommodating. All I have to do is mow the lawn and keep the grass watered after some treatments during the summer.</p> <p>Payment was easy. Either in full (they offer a discount) or on account. It could be done online on your personal account with the company. Your personal account retains all your payments, treatment options and details of visits. Communication through email was immediate and courteous.</p> <p>My lawn has not looked this good in four years and I have renewed for another year. The second number was the owner's personal cell number and I did leave a message as his name was listed with the company name on Angie's list. He returned my call the next day and had to leave me a message. So we finally connected the following day. He was very professional to deal with. He came when we agreed and did not ask for any money up front or at the time of service. He just left an invoice in my front door. I was pleased with the result and sent him a check right away."
