"They certainly exceeded my expectations. After they power washed the buildings, they meticulously covered all the windows, and taped/covered any vent or object protruding from the buildings. They even removed all the downspouts. While replacing some wood was part of the job, they identified, and replaced wood that I didn't know was bad. When they were done the only things left were a sparkling house and barn; no other indication that they were there. They should be the first company that you call."

"The existing roof on the house and garage was torn off, new sheet decking installed on top of old board decking of the house, new flashing, drip edge, shingles installed on house and garage. Installed new ridge vent on house. Some of the siding that needed to be removed to install flashing was damaged as can happen but was replaced with new. It was a difficult roof with multiple dormer windows and odd angles but they did a careful job and I've received many compliments on the appearance from neighbors. Good job with clean up too. The owner is easy to reach and quick to reply to all questions I had. From day I asked for quote until day completely finished was under 5 weeks. Without hesitation I'd recommend them to others. We were very impressed with the young man would did the painting and installation of the light and exhaust fan. We had originally bought Snapstone for the tile floor and Dave explained that it was more expensive than ceramic so we returned the Snapstone and went with Dave's suggestion. We are so glad we did. The tile floor turned out beautifully. We would definitely use Apex Design in the future if we have other remodeling jobs. Approximate cost includes the extra we had done in our master bath and the fixtures we purchased ($1250 of the Big Deal price was allowed for bath, flooring, vanity, sink, etc.)"

They helped me hire a public adjuster and would periodically check-in with me to assure me that I hadn't been forgotten and that the adjuster was still working on my case. Ultimately, they were right about the damage being covered by insurance and after a few months insurance agreed to cover it. Russell Hill quickly scheduled the replacement after confirmation and actual install of a ~1800 sq ft house roof replacement (including some roof element upgrades) took a day. Their staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful."
