"I hoped to do business with cabinet clinic so I had them estimate the job last. This way I would learn a little about the procedure. I had a few problems with my house. Nobody had any idea as to how to go about fixing my problems. FYI I am an exterior contractor. The sink and tub/shower enclosure were completed in one day and the faux sandstone was completed 2 days later after allowing the fixtures to dry.  <br /> <br /> Patrick the owner showed up as promised at 8 a.m. and worked till late afternoon to finish the fixtures then returned 2 days later, again at 8 a.m to do the counter top. He left the work area clean after each session.  <br /> <br /> We waited a month before writing this evaluation as we wanted to make sure things held up well before commenting. It did and we are extremely pleased with the results.  <br /> <br /> Our original intent was to replace the sink and counter top with a new cabinet and sink fixture. Patrick showed us before and after photos of his method of refinishing exiting counters with a finish that looks amazingly like stone. "We contacted Final Touch Refinishing after trying a number of other cabinet-repair/installation companies who either failed to respond or because of the limited nature of the work, weren't interested in taking on the project. Contacting Final Touch's owner Jose Castillo, proved that quality customer care and service is still alive and well. The project involved replacing a whole section of kitchen cabinet siding and upper cabinet that had been damaged by a water line leak from our refrigerator. Jose Castillo's cabinet maker, Mike was meticulous in his workmanship and was able to actually match the wood stain to the existing cabinetry, without having to redo our whole kitchen. "They were fine. The coupon said it was man hours versus etcetera. It was not specific but it was okay, it's not a big deal. I don't think they cleaned up as well as I would have preferred but it wasn't a major mess kind of thing. They were good. The owner himself came out so that was really nice. He was very attentive to what his guys were doing and stuff. The quality was great. They got lost but they were still on time."
