"Very professional and easy to work with! Needed carpet and baseboards ripped out and new flooring and baseboards installed. The result came out amazing! I Would hire them again and would recommend them."

"I highly recommend Zona Floors!!! I hired them to install some Pergo flooring that I purchased, and I couldn't be happier with the job they did!! Audrey came out for an estimate right away and was able to schedule me within a couple of days of contacting them, which I really appreciated because I was looking to have the floor done as soon as possible. The guys that came to install the flooring were on time and did such a great job. Their attention to detail was impeccable!! The floor looks absolutely perfect without any defects! I look forward to working with them again when I'm ready to install the remaining flooring. A service!!!"

"Great! The best part the end result was super. They showed up as planned every day as scheduled until the job was complete. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. I would definitely recommend for installation."

"Adam the owner came to the house and was very involved in helping us finalize our flooring decisions. He had some great ideas. We had ceramic tile/carpet removed and replaced with vinyl plank flooring. Adam followed up with his team during the whole process. His 3 man crew Jorge (lead), Daniel and Mango were outstanding. They were on time. They kept the removal clean as possible and they did an outstanding job on installation. When they were done they left the house exceptionally clean. I would recommend Atomic Construction to all family and friends. Actually after they installed my flooring, they installed vinyl plank at my sons house and did an outstanding job also! Thanks Adam and team for 2 jobs well done!"

"We are very satisfied with RS Builders. I had two rooms whose windows had leaked since day one and no one was able to find the problem for 15 years. Sukh (the owner) determined we needed to remove the drywall inside and the stucco outside to get to the problem. We were delayed a few weeks due to the non-stop rain we had in Oct., but the crew was able to determine the windows had been improperly installed by the original builder and there were gaps between them and the framing and flashing, causing the leaks. There was a lot of rot and termite damage but fortunately no mold. They wound up having to replace much of the framing, remove all the windows (20) and reinstall them after coming up with a solution to seal the space between the windows and the framing. Then the outside was stuccoed and the interior drywall and paint were completed. The crew mostly arrived when they were expected (a couple times they didn't but it wasn't an issue to us). They kept everything as neat and tidy as possible and cleaned up after each day's work. Sukh came out periodically to check on the work and came up with the overall solution to the problem, but his foreman, Carlos, was there every day. I found the price for the project to be very reasonable, even after adding a change order due to the unknown amount of damaged wood that had to be replaced once the walls were opened up. I have already referred RS Builders to my brother for a major interior remodel project and would be happy to provide references for anyone considering RS Builders for their project."

"Couldn't be happier to have chosen them. Came for my floors and left after we added beautiful custom ceiling and wall features. On time, professional and left my home looking like my life's dream come true!!"

"As a Realtor, I come into contact with a lot of contractors. Most never answer their phones or take forever to return your calls. Tamara and Regal Bath & Kitchens are the exceptions! Tamara with Regal Bath & Kitchens was amazing to work with, we had both bathrooms remodeled as well as kitchen countertops replaced and new flooring installed. All while we were out of town prior to moving in which increased our stress level as we had to find contractors we could trust to come and go into our vacant home to get the job done "unsupervised". Tamara made this easy and stress-free for us. She worked with my wife and me at every step in the process and made sure we were happy. When there was an issue (as there always is in construction) Tamara was fast to communicate the issue and often provided solutions that we would never have thought of ourselves. Tamara and Regal are professional and do quality work, we will always use Regal in the future! Thank you, Tamara and Team, for all your hard work!"

"Great from start. Arnold is great to deal with in salesroom. Roland measured & explained how the job would be done, Jamie laid the floor and baseboard. Done in 2 days. Jamie really talented and kept me updated via text throughout process. Baseboards are especially nice. He does beautiful rounded corners. Very custom looking. Love the Vinyl Plank Floors from Shaw."
