The process Lowe's uses is very thorough. Luis, the technician arrived punctually and explained the process to me. I was initially taken aback when he said he needed to get into my furnance's system to complete the cleaning--the other guys didn't do that. Once I understood the difference, from Luis' patient explanation, Luis got to work not use vacuuming but scrubbing the vents.
