I spent a lot of time on the phone directly with Shaw Flooring. My contact there was very helpful and she sent me various samples two or three times. Once I found what I liked, I gave the style info to K&M and they ordered the material. Anyone who is trying to replace carpeting and flooring should be aware that if you don't like the samples that are provided to you, you can work with manufacturers directly to find what you want. As long as the contractor has a relationship with the manufacturer they can order your selection."
