"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. "We scheduled the appointment of 08/23.  They didn't show up.  When I finally contacted them, they stated they tried to call earlier in that morning.  So instead of rescheduling or confirming they just didn't show up.


They came for an inspection but never did the vent cleaning.  They advised me that there was mold in them and offered to extend my Big Deal but I decided against redeeming my coupon purchase.

They were polite but difficult to work with.
