"I saw mixed reviews, but an overall good rating for the Bee Catchers, so gave them a chance since 2 other businesses had failed in their attempts to eliminate this hive.  This hive was becoming a liability because it was in the trunk of a tree in my front yard, only 30 ft from a bus stop.  I also want to have the tree removed, but the tree guys won't be able to do it if it's over-run with bees. 
     When I contacted Steve by email, he called me the same day.  We discussed why his method was more likely to work, and why the other 2 businesses failed.  We settled on a specific date and time, and he arrived when expected.   Even though he explained that old tree trunks can be difficult because of many potential bee entrances, and that it might take a repeat trip or two to solve the problem, it only took 1 visit.  The hive and the bees are now gone, and I can take the tree down.  I'm glad I found the ad for his business in the Angie's list mailer.
