"This company was excellent to work with from beginning to end. My geothermal well pump that controls my HVAC was not working in the middle of August. I was looking for a new company as I had grown unhappy with the prior company. I had reached out to a few companies. Clear Water not only got back to me right away, the owner personally followed up (while on vacation) to make sure I was getting excellent customer service. The company is very responsive. They sent out a tech the following day to diagnosis the issue. They stayed in frequent communication to let me know the status of the parts that had to be ordered and when they would schedule the work. They showed up promptly on the day of the scheduled repair. I then put a claim through homeowner's insurance as the tech mentioned he thought the cause of the failure was a lightening strike. The company worked with my insurance company for the to inspect the failed well pump. I will be reaching out to Clear Water in the future if I have any problems with my well. Highly recommend."

"We were without water about 7 am. By 4 pm that day, we had a new pump, the system was flushed, the pressure tank regulated to the right pressure. Turning on the faucets produced lots of clear water from the first. The serviceman, Nick, knew what he was doing, and cheerful even having to work 10 ft below grade in tight spaces, which is how our old installation was done."

"Very fast and efficient, I had a French drain installed along with a newer sump pump and backup pump that is battery powered so if I lose power can still keep it going. There is a problem with the secondary pump something inside wasn't right (not their fault) but they have been communicative and will come out to fix/replace it for me. Great people ! "I am so lucky to have found Jim. My rented-out property developed a leak from a worn out drain in the upstairs bathtub that damaged the ceiling of the dining room below. Jim got there promptly and provided invaluable advice in obtaining a separate construction contractor (to repair the ceiling) and working with the insurer and adjuster to ensure that all parties were in agreement with the work that was needed and the costs that would be incurred. He was patient with the insurance company and then completed the work perfectly, timely, and safely so that the Tenant was able to remain in the residence at all times. Jim had to deal with various job difficulties such as one occasioned by the fact that the tub was about 60 years old and therefore its replacement necessitated installation of a different size tub (they don't make tubs in the old size anymore) and re-setting of pipes to enable the new tub to work."
