I needed it adjusted for Propane, which he said he did, but the flames come way up into the body of the oven and produce an enormous amount of soot that coats any dishes you put in it along with the walls and roof of the oven. In addition they scratched my floor sliding the oven along it. That being said I didn't complain about the floor at the time and I've not contacted them to come back out and adjust the oven, as he indicated that it was properly adjusted before they left I don't feel that he knows how."
