"The fence is really nice and was installed very professionally. However, the customer service portion suffered. We had several days of bad weather that delayed our installation. The poles were installed and then we had to wait for the concrete to set. So more bad weather came and they told us that they would come out on Saturday and they did not show up or give us a call that they could not make it. We called again and they said Sunday. so they did come and finish the job but demanded the balance and we did not have a check for them on a Sunday. As a result, I get a phone call from the office at my place of employment harassing me for the payment before 2 p.m. on Monday. Not very happy with that aspect of the job and because of the excuses and delays, I would not hire them again."
