"Bryce came out and checked out the RV before ordering new valves. Our rig is a 2003 Suncruiser and we are the third owner so it is now out of warranty. The new valve didn’t seem to make a difference but they checked with the factory and discovered it could be just an air bubble. We ran the slide in and out a few times to get the bubble out and it works like a champ now. At Your Service never charges additional trip fees if they have to come back on the same work order. We have used them for all our repair needs since we bought this RV in 2012. They are the best RV service center around as they come to you and are trained on all brands. "Eric Higgins and his team did a masterful job for us. Our rental property in Portland suddenly had a burst hot-water heater on the 3rd floor, meaning water damage at every level of the property. Given that we lived on the other side of the country, this was a recipe for disaster. But it wasn't. Right away, Eric and his team made short work of putting together all the pieces. Eric had plumbers in there to replace the hot water heater ASAP; a restoration crew within hours to start drying everything out; and drywall gurus, hardwood flooring experts, and painters to replace what was ruined. Throughout he was very communicative, both with us as the owners and with our renters who were living in the construction zone. Everyone knew what was happening when and why. In the end, we were braced for an astronomical bill (to the insurance agency, of course), because being so far away and in need of quick support, we weren't about to "shop around" for quotes. But Eric charged us completely reasonable rates. Even my father-in-law, a career construction estimator with GC experience himself, said he couldn't be more impressed with the process. We've now since that house (it's been almost a year since the adventure). But if and when we move back home to Portland, and if we buy another place there, we'll definitely be looking to him to help us be good owners."

"I was very pleased with the work.  The repair I asked for was more complicated, detailed, and different from what was there before, but I was able the work it out with Rick, the carpenter that came.  My only problem was getting someone to the house. After making the appointment several weeks in advance, the first appointment was delayed a week.  Then, the next appointment was delayed another week.  When someone did arrive, I was not happy. But all was soon forgotten, when Rick did such a splendid job, all in one day. <br />"

"Ed was so meticulous and conscientious and came through with flying colors with all that I needed, and more. <br /> I hired him to caulk all my windows, paint the trim on my multi-dormered house, and paint/save my porches. <br /> I had wondered if my porches needed replacement instead of just paint. They were so hurt by last winter's frost heaves. He figured out a way to save their integrity and bolstered their footprints so that they are beautiful! <br /> The trim job is wonderful. "Like the other three jobs we have had Erik and his crew do, it went very well. We have a second house on the property. It is considered a pool house. We had the bathroom redone, had them add a door from the pool into the bathroom. They tore it out, put it back together with a terra-cotta tile. This job included the laundry room adjacent to the bathroom and the small covered patio that leads to the pool. Great job looked wonderful as expected. Great guys."

"What we thought was just a rotted door sill turned out to be a much bigger problem. Rot had reached below the sill and into the foundation boards. Brian walked us through every step of the process and kept us in the loop if any surprises arose. He answered any and all questions we had, and we had a lot! Brian was also great at being transparent about supply costs. The decks he rebuilt are amazing and beyond solid! One of the most important things to us was his professionalism. We’ve had a number of contractors do work for us over the years that did below average work and a few that my wife did not feel comfortable around. The amount of pride and quality Brian put into our home is amazing and the fact that he was so respectful to us as people is the reason we will keep having him back.
