"The install crew (Anthony and Chris) arrived at our house shortly after 9 am. The promised time was between 9-10 am. They finished up the job of installing 7 windows at 2 pm. They were very nice, professional, courteous, considerate, and did a fantastic job with the install. They were both very efficient. Many times workers will come and sit or stand around or play on their phones etc. But both guys were on task and finished up ahead of schedule. The windows look and work fantastic. The inspection was done a week later from City of Tallahassee. There was one screen that had a little hole in it, but WWT immediately placed an order for a replacement and it will be replaced as soon as it gets in. Wonderful product, customer service, and great price. All-in-all a great experience starting with my online inquiry to get an estimate, the sales/estimate person in our home explaining and answering questions, office staff setting up appointments and follow-up phone calls and emails (Sarah and Marcy), and the install crew's punctual and professional job. Would highly recommend WWT!"

"There was a 2-3 week delay in getting the windows for the enclosed patio but no fault of Porch Masters. <br /> In fact they got us a $500 reduction for the delay. Last June I called for some small additional work on the porch & they responded immediately. It should be noted that they provided many references prior to the job. "Hail damage occurred in March of this year and I contacted Braswell Construction as well as 2 other local roofing companies. Chris Gaugler contacted me asap and came out to the house. The other two roofing companies I never heard back. Braswell Construction contacted my insurance company and worked out all the details. A week later I had a brand new roof with gorgeous colored shingles. Everyone in the neighborhood stopped by and literally knocked on the door to inquire. Chris Gaugler was onsite and available for questions anytime to the very end. The crew only took one day to do the house, extended 4 car garage and well house. Photos attached and it really makes a difference."

"After seeing their product at the Minneapolis Home & Garden show we were convinced that this was the right product for our porch improvement work. The guys from EZ-Screen brought samples to our home to help us select frame color and installation method. They took careful measurements of all of the window and door openings and put our order in motion. A few weeks later our windows and door were delivered. <br /> <br /> We did this work at the same time we had some exterior siding work done by another contractor. We arranged to have that contractor do the actual installation of the EZ-Screen product. The rep from EZ-Screen came out to our site when the installation started to ensure that our contractor understood how to properly install the windows and door. "From the initial call to schedule an appointment with Shea, to meeting Doug the consultant for the appointment, to talking with Chris about scheduling the work every e was professional and reassuring. My job was scheduled for two weeks, but due to rain and other jobs not being completed it was delayed getting started. I am so glad that I waited. When the crew arrived they walked through the job with me and verified the details they had on the work order. Overall craftsmanship and quality is great. Would recommend to any one for a great fence."

"First of all-Dream Home only offered one window, the best as far as I was concerned.  I had great windows in our older home in NC and moved to a new home in NC with awful fitting windows.  So now I have great windows again here in GA.  We decided on them right away. We did talk to competing companies.  We were offered wood windows that required painting or cheaper material windows-same pricing.  We did have 2 full fiberglass doors installed also.  Ready for winter!!   Thanks, Dream Home"
