"The bird was coming in and out so it must have been gone at the time they arrived. There was no bird or evidence of a bird, so no animal removal was done. I appreciated that they came and put on a cage over the dryer vent, which was an additional $90. Looking at their page they list inspection as a $99 value and I should have been charged that rather than the animal removal fee since there was no animal to remove. Also I gave them a garbage bag that they asked for and then he just left the used bag on my porch. I feel like for $300 they could have thrown it away."

There is no job to big or small. We do anything from a small patch jobs and home remodeling/repair as well as being sub-contracted to finish and sand new construction homes. On home repairs for individuals, we require half of the payment up front and the remainder when the job is completed. If you have a very large job, we can negotiate billing terms.
