"I cannot rave enough about Blue Ladder! Everyone from Austin to Ryan to the work crew were extremely professional and very responsive! We had storm damage that caused us to have a portion of our roof replaced AND siding and downspouts replaced. Ryan sat with me while I contacted the insurance company and helped me through the process. He and the team handled a lot of the back and forth with the insurance company and the mortgage company. Ryan even stopped by a few times to check that the temporary covers were still protecting our house, so we had coffee together! Oh and their selection of shingles and siding are great! "This contractor responded to my request for inspection and repair of a leak in my barn roof. I had another contractor come earlier that day and check my roof. He gave his findings and recommendations on the barn roof. Then he proceeded to tell me that I had several impressions and he was going to check my house roof. He checked the house roof and told me I had several impressions on this roof and I should contact my insurance company and have it inspected for damage. When this contractor arrived, I told him what the other contractor had told me. He check the barn and house roof and told me he didn't find the roofs to be in bad condition and did not feel the claims adjuster would approve a new roof. He also told me I would be charged for a claim, even if there was on damage claim payment. This concerned me very much and I called my insurance agent to verify this. She checked it out and called me back. She told me that the claim would not raise my premium, because it would be considered a catastrophe, but I would be charged with a claim regardless if there was or was not a claim payment. I state this so others considering calling their insurance company to file a claim will be aware of the consequences, should a claim not be approved. More than one opinion would be helpful in determining this. This also states the integrity of this contractor. I found him to be very honest and forthright, even though I have not had any work done. After talking with him, I would feel totally comfortable using him to replace my roof. He was vey knowledgeable and detailed on how he would perform the work, should I choose him. I am still deciding what to do with my barn roof and will very likely use him should I decide to contract it out rather than doing it myself."

"Taylor came by at 9pm to help us out. We really appreciated the after-hours service. He carefully went through multiple diagnostic steps and was able to determine that we needed a new motor starter. After replacing the part, he let the unit run for a while to make sure there were no other issues. He showed me where to determine how old my unit is, and he also explained the benefits of regular service as the unit ages."
