"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review for Artistic Touch Tree Service We recently hired Artistic Touch Tree Service, owned and operated by Chad, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. It was very easy to obtain an estimate from Chad, and we worked with his office manager, Becki, to coordinate the details. We let them know what we wanted done and that we were in no hurry — scheduling the work 4 to 6 weeks out was perfectly fine. Four homes on our cul-de-sac coordinated together for various tree projects. Some had trees removed with firewood left behind and stacked neatly, while others requested all debris to be hauled away and shredded for mulch. Chad arrived with a professional crew of about nine people who worked hard for roughly four and a half hours. They removed eight trees, trimmed six more, and cleaned up so thoroughly that you’d never know they had been there. The price was extremely reasonable, especially compared to similar work I’ve had done in the past. The team operated safely and efficiently, with three climbers carefully topping and lowering trees to avoid any damage to nearby trees, our deck, or neighboring properties. Chad was professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He knew exactly how to trim each tree — whether lightly or more moderately — and happily handled a few additional requests we made on the day of the job. All four homeowners were extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Artistic Touch Tree Service to anyone. We already plan to have them back next year to trim our ornamental trees. It was also great to learn that Chad and his team have done work for our homeowners association, neighboring subdivisions, multiple cities around Central Indiana, and even for the State of Indiana. "TruGreen has been a good company to work with, very responsive from a customer standpoint.  There have been a couple of times over the year or two I have used them that I wasn't satisfied with how the treatment took (weeds not dying, etc.), so I called and they came out and spot treated the areas of concern at no additional charge.  The only complaint I've had with them is that if they have to cancel due to weather, instead of coming and treating your lawn on the next available day, it can sometimes be 3-4 weeks later, you essentially go to the bottom of the pile.  The only other thing is that their routes don't seem to make a ton of sense, as I have 4-5 neighbors that use them and we all seem to get treated on different days.  All in all though, the price is reasonable and my yard has made a lot of progress since I've been using them."
