"They almost finished but I made the mistake of paying when they were almost done. They didn't show up to remove the last of the plywood forms for the retaining wall. I called at least 4 times and requested that Nelson, the owner of the Co. to send someone to complete the job. He told me 4 times ok and gave me a day when they would come to do that. All 4 times no one showed up. And no one called to say they wouldn't be there. I feel that Nelson was playing with me but do not understand why? I paid in full. $12,000 + tax. Once we locked in a date, they knocked it out relatively quickly, and gave me instructions on how to maintain the artificial grass going forward. The cost was very reasonable in comparison to the quotes I received from other contractors, and they did not charge me for leftover artificial grass, which they could have done.
