"Mr. Mendez and his crew were excellent! Communication was great! They took all the old tile flooring up in the kitchen, laundry room, and 1 bathroom then applied a leveling mud. After this they installed all new Laminate water proof flooring in the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, 1 bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. And then they installed quarter round in all these areas. They did a great job of moving big pieces of furniture or appliances around to complete the install. And, they cleaned everything up! They did all of this in 1 1/2 days. Their price was far below any competing contractors. I would hire them again! Outstanding!"

"Odd Jobs Willie is the BEST group of professionals and the ONLY team I will hire for any project in my home! I initially hired them to repaint and texture my ceilings and walls of my entire house as the previous contractor who flipped the house did a terrible job. I called the owner on a Tuesday and by Wednesday they had started my project. From the start, I was impressed with the respect and professionalism of the entire Team. Each member of the team brings their own expert talent to a project. Micki and Mike did an amazing job on the inside of my house. Their attention to detail can be seen throughout my house and I couldn't be happier with their work. They are more like a family instead of a business. It was evident to me in the almost 2 months I had them in my house, they respect him and his leadership. He was always a welcome visitor at my home to check on the status of the projects, to love on my dogs and was wonderful about being involved in helping me pick out tile at Lowes or keeping me updated with any new details for my house. Mr. Dave truly cares and it shows that my happiness was the #1 priority. I could keep going, but you get the picture! "Flooring in kitchen and dining room looks good except they cut around flooring strips on all 4 - 2 exterior & 2 interior doors. The areas around flooring strip's look unprofessional and unfinished. These areas are already coming up. I had to buy wider door strips to cover hacked up floor areas. 
My biggest complaint is my new fridge lost it's grill at the bottom and no one bothered to replace it. Not the company or the contractors. 
Yes,  the work there is sub- contracted. I do not like sub-contracted work because each party blames the other and problem is never solved.
They group that  installed flooring were loud and unprofessional. I would not recommend flooring install. I am disappointed in the lack response from American Flooring, Cabinets & Granite. We called and the company was going to have sub-contractors to contact me for repair & replacement of fridge grill.

"I had to find a reliable, trustworthy service person to repair major floor damage in my elderly mom’s bathroom (sub-floor had to be replaced, new flooring and vanity installed) in her home due to a deteriorated wax toilet seal. I found that person in Dean. Not only was he very experienced, he was professional, an expert in his craft and made my mom’s old bathroom look like new. He kept my sisters informed of the process till completion and my mom was so happy with the new flooring and vanity that was installed in less than 2 days. We will definitely keep DVS flooring on speed-dial as he was a god send. And we have additional repair projects for my mom’s home in the coming months that I will be using DVS Flooring to complete. I have attached some before and after pictures of his good work."
