The reason for my 1/2 point deduction is that I was told by the job estimator that his technician would walk me through the operation of the new timer system. The technician (Eddie) told me the instruction book was in the box. When I reminded him what I had been told, he said I should call Chris (his boss) if I had any questions. Not sure if technician wasn't versed on the timer operation or he had somewhere else to go at that time.
