They went above and beyond the work requested by doing minor repairs, such as patching and painting the front of the house, while they completed the agreed-upon work. We are happy to say that we will get a good price on the house when we sell it thanks to the quality work that they did. <br /> I followed the advice that another poster on this site recommended, which was to buy the materials for the guys to work with so that when they come they can get right to work (paint, plaster, etc).
