"Very Very prompt with information, estimates, pricing, billing ease and customer service.  Will/would absolutely use and order from them again.  Pricing was thousands less than local flooring suppliers.   <br /> Flooring was very good quality.  Finish was great throughout and after going through 25 cartons, there were only 3 small short pieces that were unusable.   Some individual boards had inconsistent milling in the tongue and groove portions, but did not at all effect the install or completed project.  I have had 100 times more issues with some other top of the line products from some premier flooring suppliers.   <br /> Again, I saved a lot of money buying from Brazilian Direct and was very pleased with the entire process and product.  <br /> mike <br /> <br />"

"Extremely well. Right from the start JC Smith worked with me, agreed to leave the finish work to me, salvaged/reused the columns and other misc details. Walked back project costs enough so that I could finally afford getting this long overdue project done! Foreman Dave, Carpenter Dave, and all the skilled labor crew were professional, capable and a pleasure to meet and work with. Jim even loaned me his sander to get the columns looking like new! They let me know when other jobs would pull them off my job and I generally knew from day to day the status. I had a few adjustments/changes to the scope of work which they accommodated just fine. I had no complaints and was grateful to find a busy contractor willing to work to fit my tight budget."

They did not rush us through the design phase, made sure we understood everything well before they started and kept us informed as the project progressed. "I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. Granite Gold also provides excellent professional support."

"David and his company did an excellent job on our two projects. We first renovated our kitchen and powder room. As we were pleased with that, we later redid our hall bath, converting a standard bathtub (with shower overhead) to a stand- alone shower with seat. David was very knowledgeable about structural issues and options. He listened well and made suggestions to improve our ideas (examples- extending the kitchen countertop so we could have seating, and changing exhaust fan so it vented outdoors.) His workers did excellent work and took pride in their craftsmanship. Anytime there was an issue, David addressed it promptly and corrected it. Project generally stayed with deadlines and completed on time. Easy to get in touch with. We are very happy with our new kitchen and baths , and recommend him highly."
