He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns in a patient and professional manner. His crew was punctual, very respectful and performed a fantastic job. They had a bit of bad weather with the heat wave at the beginning of the job and horrible rains at the end of the job which, I'm sure, made it very challenging for them; however, regardless, they performed a fantastic job and I absolutely LOVE my new siding and gutters. All of the debris from each day was cleaned up before they left every evening which was fantastic. "In 2007 Thermal Quality Window and Door installed 9 replacement windows in my house.  Over the weekend the mechanism that keeps the window open on my bathroom window failed.  On Monday I spoke with Karen who ordered the necessary parts for the repair.  On Tuesday Mitch called to tell me the parts were in and to set up a time for the repair.  He was available the next day!  Wednesday (today), Mitch was out bright and early to repair my window.  30 minutes later, the window was repaired.
