From the initial reasonable estimate to the final renovation, he and his team were exceptional throughout the entire process. My mom’s condo already had a bathroom and laundry area from the 1960s (and not in a retro good way). A serious leak from above required extensive repairs to the ceiling, walls and electrical, as well as new flooring and fixtures. Jose and his crew did it all. This column enclosed our heating and sewer lines which were damaged by corrosion. The entire project was completed in two days. Clean up was impeccable and the job estimate was very reasonable.
