"Courteous, professional and definite craftsman. If you want your kitchen countertops prepped and installed correctly you should contact J.T. Marble & Granite Designs. I have heard from friends that contractors left them in the lurch for months while sorting things out and waiting for other jobs to be completed. This was definitely not the case. Our entire job from the first phone call to finish was completed in less than three weeks (including our week long trip out of town) by this awesome team. These guys are probably not the cheapest, and if that is your priority please take into consideration the following. Change orders were handled without any drama and two punch list items (microwave installation and cabinet/drawer pulls) were both completed without additional cost. If you desire high quality work, done in a timely manner to your satisfaction contact J.T. Marble & Granite Designs, Inc."

"I can’t say enough about what an excellent job that Infinite Empire Stone did. They were prompt, professional, clearly masters of their craft. They removed my under-mount sink that did not hold up and installed an over-mount sink. They had to cut the granite countertop to fit the new sink. They masked the work area to minimize the dusting from the granite being cut, cleaned as they worked…Again, I cannot be happier. I’m going to upload before and after photos so you can see how intricate the job was."

"I hired Better Together Builders for a major home renovation and have paid over $130K toward the project. While some work was completed, my overall experience has been disappointing due to delays, unfinished tasks, and a lack of attention to detail. I am currently pursuing legal action against this company for their failure to fulfill contractual obligations and for the damages caused. Specific examples from my project: • Electrical work was left incomplete, requiring me to hire a licensed electrician at my own expense to finish it. • Several areas were installed without proper preparation, resulting in chipped slabs, misaligned cuts, unpatched drywall holes, and exposed wiring. • Communication and follow-up became inconsistent, and I often had to chase updates to keep the project moving. • Extended delays caused me to lose months of potential rental income, while I also had to pay for temporary housing. This review reflects my personal experience and is not intended to cause harm, but to inform others.
