"Contracted Federal Building and Roofing with Richard and his team after Listening to Richard's suggestions during the estimate. Had bad water damage to many Rafter Tails as well as a severe leak in the garage, Had several Contractors out for estimates some wanting to go a much more expensive route to repair the damaged wood on the Rafters as well as suggesting a complete Torch down on the entire roof which was not needed, which came with a less than desirable Warranty along with higher costs. Richard gave me peace of mind with his knowledge and suggestions which in turn provided a much longer Warranty and cheaper more effective route to repairing the damaged Rafter tails, all at a very reasonable price compared to other estimates. Any Contractor should have been able to provide me with these suggestions and alternatives but failed to do so. Richard and his team were Professional, polite, cleaned up thoroughly each and every day and completed the job on time as scheduled."

"Adam arrived on short notice, and I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism. We suspected roof damage and needed urgent help—he made time to come the same afternoon. Despite it being a free inspection, he carefully checked everything and provided honest, detailed feedback. He even sent a full set of rooftop photos at no charge, which was incredibly helpful since I couldn't inspect it myself. If I ever need a roof repair or replacement, I won’t hesitate to call him again. His honesty and integrity truly set him apart. Highly recommended!"

"The inspection and estimate were completed in a timely manner and the work was done on schedule and in a very professional manner. Two man crew spent about 4hours doing the repair as described. The leak was fixed and I am pleased. The price was higher than I expected, but it was the lowest of three Angie's List contractors so I am satisfied."

"They repaired my roof and I couldn't be happier. They work quickly, are very professional, and left everything spotless. Now I have no more leaks or dampness. Highly recommended!"

"My house was in desperate need of TLC. It needed a new paint job, repair of wood due to termites, and repair water cracks in the stucco. From repair, to primer, to paint, my house did a complete u-turn. I also up-grated and added new rock siding. They also cleaned up on a daily basis. My house now looks like a modern country cottage. I am very pleased of how everything turned out. Definitely recommend to all my friends and family."
