"They arrived early. That’s usually a good thing. But I had to go out quickly before they arrived. They didn’t call 30 minutes before arriving like they’d promised. So it was hectic off the bat. Not a big deal. But later, when it was determined that I needed some repair work on the system, they were difficult to reach. They took my number down wrong at first. But even after calling several additional times with my correct number, they still took several weeks to get back to me. I hired them because they market themselves as a full-service septic maintenance/repair/engineering company. I got the sense that they didn’t want to deal with me."

"Northboro Septic Service exceeded the wildest expectations one would have of "your average contractor", I felt like I owed them a review. They showed up on time, completed the job on time, every single person who worked on site was; professional, polite, and really really cared. They had less than a $1000 variation of the quoted price (I was forewarned it was a possibility), stayed on top of closing out the permits, worked really well with the town and the engineering firm and to top it all off, was about $20,000 cheaper than the closest other bid. My property had protected wetland and a lot of mature trees in the area where the leaching field should be, so there was extra work to be done such as siltation barriers and cutting down and removing a lot of trees. There were also a lot of boulders and rocks underground. Once the job was done, they beautifully landscaped with the boulders as I asked, hand picked the remaining rocks (and beautifully repaired my stone fence with them!!!), nicely graded and seeded a lawn as per the contract. Six months later, they came to remove the siltation barriers and another eight months later, immediately responded to a distress call I made because my septic alarm went off. So there... that is my experience with Northboro Septic Service!"

"Dave from Calzini's Plumbing and Heating got me through a hard time when I couldn't get anyone else to provide service on short notice. As a landlord, I had to replace a hot water heater for my tenants as soon as possible. I had to shut the water off and they were extremely upset about it. The only one that responded and came out right away was Calzini's Plumbing. They arrived within an hour and were out within an hour after with everything functioning perfectly. "I called them and the same day they were able to come by and fix the issue within 2 hours.  We had water all over a section of the basement floor and we couldn't take a shower, run the dishwasher or do laundry without water backing up in the bathroom in the basement.  They worked hard to get the blockage cleared that ended up being due to tree roots.  They snaked some of the piping, removed the toilet where the problem was most and then cleaned up.  We will definitely call them again for any future issues. <br />"

First guy had a bad attitude, tried to wiggle out of it, used profanity (I think a tool may have broken) and left the place a mess. Three days later it was clear the job wasn't done as the backup restarted. The second crew was better, more professional and competent. It's been 3 months and no further problems."
