Inspected the microwave and within 15 minutes diagnosed it to be the computer board. Since we decided to purchase a new microwave instead of replace the board, we only had to pay $7.95.

I was confused about the final cost of service visit and repair. Be sure you understand what it means when they say the cost of the service visit is deducted from the service itself. Is it $40.00 or a 20% discount? Despite that, the cost was in-line or maybe a little better than other appliance repair companies I've dealt with in the past. And least you be confused, I don't think you need to leave a tip. Please correct me if I'm in error. I made be out of date.
