"Owner Jeff Miller promised that his technician could clean and polish the marble surfaces to a 'mirror shine' - and he did. My only complaint is that I was not prepared for how messy the process would be. The technician used a single drop cloth, but after he left, there was a fine dust over everything in the bathroom and bedroom, and a grit on the floor that I had to damp mop to remove. However, the floors and counter tops looked terrific. I highly recommend the company - but be prepared to cover all your surfaces beforehand."

"The carpet looks amazing! Spots I didn't even know were there are gone, as well as some that I didn't think would come out at all, including nail polish stains. The guys showed up on time, communicated well, explained the process, and used a rotating type of brush that I hadn't seen before. They vacuumed and pre-treated spots before getting started. It took a bit longer than I had expected, but that's part of getting a careful and thorough clean; totally worth it in the end. The price I thought was extremely reasonable."
