"We are extremely happy that we hired New Creation Tile & Marble to install our kitchen backsplash. John and his crew were excellent. When John came over to give us the estimate, he also measured the wall and told us how many boxes of 3"x6" subway tile and how many 12" pencil tiles for the edging that we would need to order to complete this project. On the day of the installation, they were very punctual in their arrival. Before starting John explained a couple of options that we had available to ensure that the final look would be just as we had envisioned. In addition to installing the backsplash, they did an excellent job removing and replacing a chipped 12"x12" floor tile that was in our mudroom. Prior to leaving, John informed us of the best procedure for applying the sealer once the tile adhesive had dried. I have received numerous compliments on our backsplash and on the perfection of its installation. "Late into a renovation project (kitchen, two baths, dining room buffet), we visited Bargain Tile and Stone Warehouse in Orange to look at granite remnants for the dining room buffet. What a find! A virtual graveyard of thousands of remnants in Fantastic shape of very high end granite, marble, quartzite and quartz. We had had no luck working with the suppliers recommended by our cabinet people. Marianna was terrific from start to finish. We first chose a beautiful piece of Colonial White granite for the dining room. We next lucked into a remnant of Taj Mahal Quartzite (a very expensive stone) which was perfect for the first floor bathroom. Marianna's prices were so outstanding that we had her price the entire kitchen countertop (Taj Mahal Quartz by Pental Quartz)... Her price beat the "preferred supplier" by over a thousand dollars! The fabrication was perfect- very professional and very knowledgeable. (see very subtle seam in closeup of kitchen counter quartz). What a find! "My wife and I wanted new hard woods in our house but had very specific requirements that we could not typically find locally.  My wife wanted a dark floor while I wanted extreme durability in a natural hard wood.  We did our homework and decided that Brazilian Walnut (Ipe) most closely matched what we wanted.  <br /> After looking locally for something that fit the bill, the flooring we found was either over $12 sq/ft (too expensive) or not dark enough.  I started searching on-line and ran across Brazilian Direct.  Their prices seemed reasonable (a bit over $6 sq/ft for what we wanted) and they even had a tinted (dark) version of the floor we liked. <br /> After several weeks of questions and further research, we decided to place an order.  We we worked with a representative named Sannon who helped us every step of the way.  She sent us samples, instructions, guides - everything to make us more comfortable about our eventual order.  Our order came right on schedule and the wood was really beautiful.  After several weeks of the required acclimation we had a local installer put the floor down.  They did an excellent job and we really love our floor.  There was very little waste and in fact we had at least 3 boxes left over. <br /> I highly recommend Brazilian Direct.  We are considering using them again for a deck project we'd like to do in the future. <br />"

Their design team was knowledgable and easily thought "outside the box", which enabled me to consider products I never would have known existed. There was a delay with the shipment of the tiling, but they were extremely professional throughout the process. Their communication was excellent, and they went the extra mile to put the heat on their supplier in order to get my shipment delivered. They took full ownership of the problem, even though it was 100% the fault of the shipping company. I can't say enough about what a positive experience it was -- although they weren't able to control what was happening with their supplier, they DID control how they communicated with me and made every effort to ensure my satisfaction.
