"Needing a replacement roof, we researched a number of local companies and selected NML to do the work. So glad we did. As an Owens-Corning preferred installer, the quality of their work was exceptional. Joe had been to our home 2 years ago and was the only contractor who advised us at that time that we did not need a new roof. He advised us to wait 2 years and call him back. I appreciated his honesty, as all the other companies who came to our home told us our roof was failing and we needed to get it done ASAP. This past summer we called Joe again and 2 other companies to again provide us an estimate. Joe's price (NML) was only slightly higher than the estimate he gave us 2 years ago, as with rising costs, I expected it to be much higher. The other companies were much higher. In fact NML's estimate was thousands less than everyone else and it included an extended warranty that others were charging us hundreds extra for. The NML crew was impressive. They worked hard all day, only taking a short 15 minute break for lunch. Joe was on site the entire time and made sure we were happy with the work they were doing. The job was finished quickly and they completely cleaned-up after them. I highly recommend NML. They did a great job and was the least expensive of all those who provided and estimate. I strongly advise that you give Joe a call and give him and his company the opportunity to bid on your roofing project. You wont be sorry."

"Paul gave me a very detailed estimate and explained the difference between all of the materials he works with, never trying to push me towards the more expensive ones. I have a Victorian house with different roof pitches, a turret and a wraparound porch. Also a garage with a carport and they replaced the roof on everything. He brought a crew of 7 who worked 12 hour days for 2 days and then finished up and installed gutters on a 3rd day. They were very professional and thorough. It was obvious they took pride in their work. They cleaned absolutely everything up when they were finished and my lawn looked better than before they started. "Work included some roof rafter repair that was completed in the same 1 day as complete roof shingle replacement on three different roof levels. Crew assigned was very efficient. Damage prevention from shingle removal was very strong. Home is surrounded on three sides with shrubs and flowers against the foundation and very little impact seen. Great nail pickup, very few found in days since completion. Roof was placed in conformance with Owens Corning standards. Very easy contact with the company via email."

"Initial contact was a person walking down the street and mentioning my aging roof and setting up an appointment. Initially, I had concerns given this method of customer procurement. But I researched and put my mind at ease regarding the organizationâ s authenticity. This organization was HIGHLY professional. SALES: no high pressure, informative, personable and frank about what was needed, supported everything with pictures; I felt educated about roofing. CUSTOMER SERVICE: regular updates (phone calls) about when the work would begin in this very rainy summer. We were told the approximate time frame when work would begin and they were on target. INSTALL: shingles delivery was communicated and materials placed so we could still use driveway. Day of installation, crew arrived on time, began work and worked tirelessly for approximately 10 hours replacing plywood and shingles (itâ s a big roof). Seeing the bad plywood that was taken down verified all we were told by the salesperson. The on site evaluation of a â dipâ in roof did not result in a sales pitch, but rather an honest and frank discussion of options and there was no upcharge. CLEANUP: the women who hauled loads of shingles and plywood to the wheeled dumpster worked tirelessly removing debris. Then, before departing, our lawn was gone over several times with the magnetic nail picker upper. Later my neighbor, who had the best view of work done commented on the professionalism, approach and process of the system of removal, installation and cleanup of Home Evolution and was impressed at the cost of all we had done. RESULTS: our roof is aesthetically pleasing and, given all the rain we have experienced, is meeting all expectations.
