"We met Mike several years ago at the Home Show and had him come to our home to discuss the job we needed done. He arrived on time and explained everything with a fair quote. Since then, and over the past several years, we've contracted with Mike and Suburban Construction for many projects and have always been completely satisfied and happy with the results - from completely re-siding our house with new vinyl siding, renewing our front porch with composite flooring, adding stonework trim along the bottom of front, side and back of the house, re-siding and re-shingling roofs of two sheds, installing replacement windows in kitchen and living room...probably others I'm not recalling. (I replaced the wreath at the end of the day, mama robin came back, and babies started hatching the next day!) It's those extra little things that make a difference that make these guys so special!! After all, they're family men, too, and understand those random personal things that might be important to you. We highly recommend Suburban Construction for any project you need done, and not only would hire them again...we wouldn't look anywhere else! "Andrew is an incredible craftsman and an exceptionally hard worker. From the second he came through the door, over a several day project, he did not stop moving. He brings the sort of energy and attention to detail you can only hope for from a contractor. We have 1927 craftsman that needed a new kitchen ceiling, as well some repair to the original detail on the wall. He took a room that was quite frankly overwhelming, and transformed it into a clean modern space while still keeping the original details. It is no small feat to reconcile old and new and the finished product was seamless. I highly recommend Andrew for any project you can throw at him. I would trust him in my home alone if you were hiring him for work on a second home or during the work day, for example. Just a straight up hard working pro, which is getting harder to find these days."

This involved retiling & leveling large floor area, plumbing, electric work, moving existing cabinets and adding custom cabinets. David Gosson and his team not only showed up when they said they would but also maintained good communication with us throughout the duration of project.David and his team worked hard to get the details right even if it meant they had to work longer hours to do it. David Gosson is the real deal. He was fair and reasonable with project cost. He is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in his trade. "RMD showed up Thursday morning , had my whole porch roof that was in bad shape, all torn off by noon, and by 4pm that day the new roof was finished , everything put back in place, yard all spotless and cleaned up and they were done. The roof looks amazing, they did a great job. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend them."
