We hired Jim to install a new tile floor in our bathroom and to install a larger window in our basement, requiring him to saw through our foundation(!)  We found him to be very friendly, personable, receptive to our ideas (and he even improved on some with suggestions of his own!)   Both jobs were completed within the time frame and budget he provided.  Best of all, he is THEE cleanest and tidiest contractor we've ever had in our home! We'd return at the end of the day, and you'd never know he'd been in the house if it weren't for the obvious progress and the tarp neatly partitioning off his work area.
