"Midwest White Glove delivery damaged my Jaques Garcia by Baker Furniture during delivery. They had only the standard $0.60/ lb insurance. I thought it was a straight forward job and didn’t elect additional insurance. They tried to repair a hole in the top by turning the wood over. Dumb move. I called Surface Experts and they immediately came to my home and assessed the damage. I received a reasonable quote and they took the furniture piece and repaired. It looks brand new. The lacquer is smooth and bright again and the hole is filled in, sanded and invisible. I want them to come back and repair my dining room table next. I really lucked upon some good guys that are craftsman. They also repair granite, marble and synthetic stone. I recommend these guys unabashedly and without hesitation. "

"To be truthful i was very skeptical hiring anyone to put on a new deck because of all the horror stories you hear of contractors taking your deposit and never returning to finish the job. BUTâ ¦ meeting with Jacob Quick made it all very easy. I met with Jacob many times because of my apprehension and having issues with making decisions. After signing a contract, Jacob kept in contact with me on starting date, permit issues, when materials would be delivered, and if there was inclement weather conditions that they could not work that day. From the start of teardown to the finished project, they were there every day at 7:30, making sure that time was ok with me. They had a crew of 4-5 people working all day. When an issue came up, they were up front and we discussed it. I felt very relieved that all the guys were very knowledgeable and experienced.
