ASAP Tuckpointing was not my lowest bid provided, nor were they the highest. What provided me confidence in choosing them was their craftsman, Martinez Smith, who came to my home, looked at the work that need attention, explained how they would perform the work & the materials that would be used for the repairs. The first job involved 2 chimneys (roof to cap), 75% of the north side of my home a 3 sided area below a front bay window. During our conversations, Mr. Smith was always conscious of the Social Distance norms, which was very much appreciated. I was satisfied enough with their work that I hired them for another section of my home, which has been completed. We are working now on having another, larger section of my home worked on. My conversations with the owner, Ms. Ganeisha Burks, have been nothing but pleasant; professional. I highly recommend that folks give this company an opportunity."
