"I hired him to re-build our deck, this was a forty two thousand dollar deck. He mostly completed the job, but the inspector failed it due to the railing not being compliant on the stairs. He kept promising to get it resolved, but nothing was ever done. So I have a really expensive deck that never passed inspection, he has not made any attempt to resolve the issue. Now the fasica boards are buckling and pulling away from the deck, and he is not responding to that either. The railings were not installed per the instructions and droop in several places, I had to fix a few spots that were looking terrible. The railings were not even close to correct on the stairs. I would avoid this company, but if you do use them, ensure absolutely everything is done, permits finalized prior to making final payment."

"We purchased a new home and were so excited to have a large backyard that was already fenced in. Part of the chain link fence was wobbly and the standard door was too small for the lawn company to get their riding mower in, We had Dan replace the old door with a wider door and replace that section of the fence. It was considered a small job so they said they would be able to fit us in between other projects they were doing. With all the rain lately it took longer than I expected but yesterday they came out. They were there 2-3 hours. They did a GREAT job and we are so happy. Now we can have the lawn guys with no problem and we dont have to worry about our dogs getting out. Thank You to Dan and his crew.
