"Safe Streets charged me for work they didn?t perform. When I asked for my money back they refused. The first line customer support rep said their manager told them not to give me a refund. The manager was not even willing to speak with me. This company cheats its customers and its management hides behind its customer support staff."

"A reminder that FLOODING can be a major issue! What led us to ADT was the fact they have different monitoring sensors for things like flooding/water elevation, carbon monoxide etc. Things that you donot often think about at all. Last year we saw our neighbor go through a big water problem due to a leak in their upstairs bathroom. Their contractor insisted that they add flood sensors once all of the repairs were completed. We are glad that he shared that tidbit with us. We didnot waste any time and got connected with ADT and adopted all of their system features"

"Antonio was great. I had 2 ceiling fans installed on a 15 foot high pitched ceiling. The fans I purchased were meant for a ceiling with a much smaller pitch so they were not able hang straight as is. I thought I would have to wait and buy some additional hardware to complete the job but Antonio clearly communicated with me to show me why they wouldn’t work and talked me through a few ideas he wanted to try to make it work. It took a bit more time but in the end he was able to make some cuts and holes to the fans and they worked out great in the end. He saved me some time and money so I was happy to leave him with a tip. "
