"Art was great to work with.  We were having some trouble with an already existing (but disconnected) alarm system in a house we recently purchased. I called Art up for help and he came out the next night after work to look over the system, fill in some knowledge gaps on my part, and convert the system so it would at least alarm locally until we decided to sign up for a service. "The first installer did not do it correctly and it would not work. The second man was much more competent. As of now, I am waiting for another service call because the touch pad will not allow me to set the alarm. It reads that a door is open, and it is closed."
