"UPDATE: 3 Day Blinds eventually corrected the mistake for free after lots of pushing on my end (originally offered 30% off a new order). It turns out that the product we wanted wasn't even an option (or feasible with how we use our shades - the tallest TDBU cordless shades are 85" and if you leave them down for too long, the cordless mechanism stops working). I'm disappointed the design consultant lacked this critical knowledge from the start. We had to fabricate something for the second cord to anchor to since there was no wall on one side, but we eventually got our CCL TDBU shades installed. Do your research, learn the terminology, read the contract. ORIGINAL: Our design consultant ruined our $8.5k order by not adding "TDBU" to the contract to indicate the blinds should lower from the top and rise from the bottom. All of our communication about this point was done in person, so customer service said we had no evidence to back up our claim that what we got wasn't what we discussed."

"Company does not return phone calls. They got my money and thats all they care about. Terrible experience . Blinds installed wrong. Arbitrary decisions without consent snd Never signed off on approval of what they did. Scam company. Installed the cheapest plantation shutters at my expense."

"How much time do you have? My problems with Susan Feher started with multiple visits to get the same measurements because apparently, they weren't taken correctly. Then, Susan paraded two unlicensed contractors through my home trying to pass them off as licensed (and both contractors lied right along with her). After demanding a licensed contractor, she finally brought one in, but when the estimate for the job exceeded what she knew my budget was, her response was that it would've been cheaper with the unlicensed contractor. This tells me her quote was always based on the use of an unlicensed contractor despite me making it very clear from our very first meeting that I wanted someone who was licensed. Using an unlicensed contractor would leave me in a very bad situation (my kitchen remodel involved removing a wall, moving a gas line, redoing electrical and plumbing) when I try to sell my home, but this didn't seem to matter to Susan because the repercussions of this would've come long after she was paid and out of the picture. Then, there was an issue with the start date. Shortly before the project was to start, I confirmed the date via email only to be told the project would have to start a week later, so exactly when was she going to tell me this? When I expressed my displeasure with this, she tried to say we didn't have a start date; it was only after I sent her two of the emails in which she had confirmed the date that she acknowledged I was right. I was also told how she has accounts with many manufacturers/stores in the area and that I'd be going to showrooms with her or her partner. This never happened. Instead, I was shown one cabinet in person and a few online. Three flooring samples were brought (which was fine) and only one backsplash. I also later found out the cabinet brand is made in China, can take forever to ship and getting replacements is typically a nightmare. Also, I paid her $300 to create a 3D image of my new kitchen and that wasn't even accurate. It showed, for example, the cabinets as being the same depth as the frig, but when the licensed contactor said something about that not being accurate, I asked Susan and she confirmed he was right. So, what did I pay for? When I expressed my frustration, she told me she had the vision in her head, but as I explained to her, I needed to see the vision as it was my kitchen, not to mention, I paid her $300 so I could see her vision. After all of this, I opted to back out and not use her. Because I wanted her to know why, I sent her a detailed email outlining all my concerns and her only response was to throw her partner (Etti, I think is her name) under the bus by saying I wouldn't have to work with her moving forward (I'd work with Etti any day over Susan) and that I could still work with her (instead of Brother's Services). Once again, there was no acknowledgement on her part about any of my concerns. In that final email, I told her one of the flooring samples was still a"
