"Very well. We had a number of projects that we needed done, both interior and exterior. Joe arrived on time on the day we scheduled to go over what was needed and on the days he was working at our home. He did repairs on fences including painting, replaced a deadbolt lock, did interior and exterior painting and some repair work on ceilings including repainting. He also installed exterior floodlights on existing electrical boxes, rebuilt and reinstalled a storm-damaged wood shutter and worked on several interior doors that were not working satisfactorily. Joe works steadily and efficiently getting more done each day than I would have ever thought possible. He cleaned up all areas that he worked in and removed all debris from the premises. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Joe for “handyman” jobs. He seems willing to tackle most anything but told me up front that he doesn’t do plumbing."

"The plantation shutters look beautiful. However, the sales person, Sherry, was not as responsive as she might have been to my questions between the time I placed my order and the delivery. The installer also promised to bring back some small parts that were missing during the installation "within a few days". I did not receive them until I called several weeks later and they were then mailed to me to put in myself. Not a big deal, but shows less than stellar customer service."

"The job took three trips to wrap up completely (24 installed panels total). Javier was prompt as requested all three times and he and his assistant ensured the shutters looked as good as new in their windows. On discovering he hadn't used enough screws to mount some of the shutters, he came out promptly to remedy the situation. His issue, not mine, but I appreciate his proactively bringing this up and making sure the shutters opened and swung out as needed. His price also was very nice; I could have done this myself but I'm sure I would have spent three times as much in frustration trying to get them to work exactly as they should have."
