But when I walked inside my home you didn't even know they were there. everything was placed back to where it belonged, there was no mess to vacuum. "We had a hail storm and shortly afterward Jim was at the house to talk to my wife about some work he was doing for her father. and Jim looked over our roof and recommended I contact my insurance company. I did and Jim made sure he was here when the insurance company's adjuster came so he could go over the damage with him. They worked out a fair price on the replacement and within a week, Jim's crew was here and finished the roof in two days. They removed all the old shingles and put on a whole new roof. They cleaned everything up and left no sign they had been here, other than a great new roof.

Another thing about Jim is that he always checks in to be sure you are happy with the materials and explains everything in advance so you know what to expect. When he replaced our porch last year, he visited the local Home Depot with us and helped us select all the materials, providing info on all the pros and cons of all our choices. He insists that all the work is done correctly and won't cut corners. The quality of their work is top notch."

Removal and installation of  new roof went fine. The problem is I have cedar shakes on house and some of them came off during demolition of old roof. I called G & A to see if they could come out  and replace them. After two calls they replied and said yes. They would be out in a couple of days. After waiting a week, I called again and left a message. I never heard from them again. I have no problem with their work . Just the lack of response.

Geno  came out on a Sunday and did the repairs on the cedar shakes. He cut, replaced, and painted all missing shakes. I am very pleased and happy. I will definitely be using G&A again in the spring to fix my chimney.
