"The techs were on time and did the install in about 90 minutes or so. I was surprised that they were not wearing masks due to the inability to social distance amongst themselves of when interacting with me. After all, we are still in the midst of the pandemic. As far as I know, they may not have disinfected anything that they had touched before they left as well. The contact person, Derrick, was a bit pushy as far as scheduling the work to be done, in spite of the conversations we had about tropical storm Isaias and holding off until the end of the week. I'm glad the new opener has been I stalled and my ratings are based on the quality of work but not the customer service or the absence of PPE."

"We are pleased with the products we received BUT the road from start to finish was long and frustrating. Signed contract 6/11/17, installation was 8/14/17 no biggie except we were told 30 days not 60 and we had to make few calls to press for the date we got. The installer cracked a window during installation. Again no biggie,sh*t happens. The "rush" on the replacement window took several follow up calls to get an another installation date of 9/29/17. My husband takes off, two guys show up without the window and said they thought they were doing a service call. My less then professional conversation with John the manager led to another appointment for the next day. The guy shows up, replaces the window but doesn't have the "j" channel to complete the job. Two days later I get a call to reschedule yet another appointment 2 weeks out and that I had to be home. The rep had no idea the last piece of the work only required outside access and even when I explained he still insisted I needed to be home. One last conversation with the acting manager (I was told John was on vacation) and we were scheduled for the following week which was 10/9/17. The job was completed that day and I was left with pieces of "j" channel in the flower bed. The other criticism would be the length of time spent on hold with customer service; with all the calls I had to make I was NEVER able to complete an entire call on my 15 min. break."

"The man I talked to was very professional and timely. However, he explained that this particular job was beyond the scope of what their company does. I would certainly use them on another 'issue'.

"We had a hail storm and shortly afterward Jim was at the house to talk to my wife about some work he was doing for her father. and Jim looked over our roof and recommended I contact my insurance company. I did and Jim made sure he was here when the insurance company's adjuster came so he could go over the damage with him. They worked out a fair price on the replacement and within a week, Jim's crew was here and finished the roof in two days. They removed all the old shingles and put on a whole new roof. They cleaned everything up and left no sign they had been here, other than a great new roof.

Another thing about Jim is that he always checks in to be sure you are happy with the materials and explains everything in advance so you know what to expect. When he replaced our porch last year, he visited the local Home Depot with us and helped us select all the materials, providing info on all the pros and cons of all our choices. He insists that all the work is done correctly and won't cut corners. The quality of their work is top notch."

" He was on time, and pleasant enough but was only here about 40 minutes.  I can see some caulking on most of the windows but I was missing a piece of vinyl which I was willing to pay for but he told me he had some and would come back and install the strip of vinyl against the pane.  I called after two weeks and he said he'd come by but I've never  seen him again.  Sent an e-mail also.   Hate to say it, but the caulking he used and work performed  I could have done for about $10-$15.00.  Not pleased with that deal for $149l.  I think he was more interested in installing roofs than weather sealing but I'd had a new roof put on a year ago.  I did offer him a chance to seal my deck and he said when he would give me an estimate.  Never saw or heard from him again."

"I got derecks card at comfortex. my first 6 shades came in and I attempted to install, but not being handy at all, i called dereck,
he hung my initial 6 then as i mentioned i ordered 7 more shades that he installed."
