"The installation of the door was done well; however, the work area was not adequately protected (no floor protection) and a crowbar was dropped on my new hardwood floor and put a gash in the floor. There was also a communication issue between the sales department and the installers on putting on new break metal around the outside of the door. Yes I would use them again but I would confirm everything with the installers before the start and I would make sure they prep the area to protect the property."

"I hired ATN to do extensive work in my basement: remediating water damage, building bookshelves, reconfiguring a laundry area, and gutting and rebuilding a full bath. First of all, the quality of their work was excellent. Willie and his team do not cut corners, do not take short cuts, and approach every task from drywall to tiling to fixture installation with attention to detail. The finished product was breathtaking and everything I had dreamed up. He did all this knowing that fixing the waterproofing issues would delay his work, but he did it because he has the utmost integrity. Ultimately, with Willie’s help, we got the waterproofing company to tear out the entire system and redo it from scratch. I can’t thank ATN enough for this. Communication: So important on a big project! Willie communicated promptly on any issue that arose through text, email and face to face. As many hiccups arose (termites, unforeseen electrical and plumbing problems), Willie was excellent at explaining each issue in an understandable way, proposing various solutions, and being transparent about any revisions to the price and timeline. Not only is Willie a great communicator, but he’s also just a super friendly guy, former military and proud dad and granddad. My husband says he wants to be Willie when he grows up :) Highly recommend ATN!"
