"If you need work done on your house, hire Rob. I can’t sing his praises loudly enough. Two years ago, my husband and I purchased a house that is 100 years old. It is in decent shape, but we wanted to do a lot of work to turn it into our dream house. Rob has been our go-to man throughout this extensive process, and we can’t imagine having done it without him. In fact, without him, I don’t think it could have gotten done, or rather it would have been MUCH harder (me having to find people for each job), and slower. Rob can do everything. "During a very busy time for them due a recent wind storm, they were the first to provide a quote. This helped to get something to my insurance company and get the ball rolling. Other contractors either did not return my calls, phones were turned off, or were a lot further out to even give me a quote. The quote was reasonable and the work was excellent. They even helped me pull out a tree stump that was not part of the estimate. The extra hand was a huge help. They got the job done fast and did a good job of cleaning up. I will hire them again."

"This job was a lot more than drywall, but the other options didn't fit. The crew was on time, careful, and conscientious. But best of all they did a great job. We had a roof leak and needed the trim pulled and drywall cut out to make sure no mold or dry rot wood. The trim is pretty high end in this house, and they did a great job removing and restoring everything so it looks new again. Would certainly recommend them."

First with the estimate, which came 2 days after I was told I would have it. and after the work on my sliding door was finished, they were supposed to get back to me on whether or not they could find new wheels for the door. "Charles did a great job again - we used him to renovate two bathrooms 4 1/2 years ago. We called him late in the summer, and he came to the house to discuss what we wanted to do and provided a quote. Given our schedule as well as his, we agreed on an early December timeframe to have the work done, which he estimated would take a week to complete. He left it to us to pick out the appliances on our own and did not include them in the quote and just asked that we send him the specs once we did so he could make sure there would be no issues. He took us to the tile/countertop shop to pick out the quartz and backsplash tile, and to plumbing stores to pick out the sink and faucet. He came with the countertop fabricator a few weeks ahead of the scheduled start date to have the countertop templated so it would be ready prior to starting the job. We delayed the start date by about a week to accommodate both our schedules. The demolition was done in one day as promised, and Charles had one person assisting with the demo, the prepping for the tiling and doing the tiling. Chris was very good, and everything was left clean each day - they used drop cloths from the front door to the kitchen to make sure no dirt was spread though the house. Charles installed most of the appliances when they were delivered, and did great work removing and reinstalling shutters on the windows and making adjustments for a slight change in counter height, as compared to the old countertop. Charles has great attention to detail and makes sure everything looks great. The work took a day or two longer than planned due to an unexpected snowstorm in the middle of the project, so there was a day or two when no one could get out to the house, understandably. Charles is easy to work with and obviously takes pride in making sure the finished product is what you wanted and expect. We would definitely hire Charles again."
