"Naturally it was the coldest (20 degrees) day of the year so far, we had our first snow, I had just had a decorative plaster swirled into the ceiling, and I had just put up sheetrock and gotten the walls painted. Supreme came and overcame all these difficulties to my intense and grateful satisfaction, replaced the wires and avoided tearing out whole chunks of wall and ceiling (which HVAC said had to be done). Mr Peter was excellent at trouble shooting the situation and he correctly predicted which parts of the wire had to be replaced.
