"They were incredibly prompt. The day I called for an estimate Craig Desrosiers came out and asked exactly what I wanted done and he gave me the cost. At the time I had a ceiling fixture for two fluorescent bulbs open because I had been unable to close it. He spent some time adjusting the fixture and was able to close the cover. <br /> <br /> He and a helper came the following Tuesday and put in all the outlets I requested. In addition they did extra things: I had been trying to replace the fluorescent bulbs in another basement ceiling fixture and was having trouble getting the old bulbs out. They did the changeover and closed it up.  <br /> <br /> They also moved an existing wall outlet to a new location.  <br /> <br /> When they left they had picked up every scrap of stripped insulation and they took along my old fluorescent bulbs for recycling. <br />"

"Plumbing One did a great job. Unfortunately, it was not a quick fix and he had to go through my wall to replace the fixtures. But he worked efficiently and replaced my fixtures with Moen (sp?) parts that have a lifetime guarantee. For the amount of work he did, I feel that the $550 I was charged was a fair price. He also extended special pricing for another plumbing job he didn't have time to do (since the first job took longer)."
