"Vanguard was very professional through-out the sales process. On installation day, the work crew was extremely professional, kept me posted throughout the day and finished at around sundown. They cleaned up very thoroughly... I've only found two stray nails out of the hundreds they removed. Since it was dark we couldn't really do a walk-around, but the Vanguard folks were back first thing in the morning to do a quality check and fixed a couple of minor issues of a gutter guard and a minor cosmetic thing. They also had indicated they would work to reattach a piece of fascia that had pulled away from the eaves. They spent the morning removing the gutter and ultimately replaced the entire PVC fascia board ... way more service they had signed up for at no additional expense."

"I had my roof replaced. The salesperson was knowledgeable and very personable. Bridget was amazing. Communication was great throughout the entire process and I was satisfied with the results."

"Brian was great with communication. The team were professional and did a great job on my roof. I was very pleased with the outcome. The price was right!"

"Terryâ s company installed an EPDM roof on our office building"

"Home genius didn't an amazing job. The project managers Andrew and Au were extremely professional and punctual. The crew was amazing and did such an amazing job installing the product and cleaned up after themselves every day. What I loved about Andrew and AJ is that they came to the door to address my concerns before I would ever bring them up! The Timbersteel shingles in Rustic Red looked absolutely gorgeous on the house. The last people that did my roof really left me high and dry and I unfortunately had to replace my roof after only 10 years. If it was not for Josh the home remodeling expert that inspected my roof, I would have been spending a lot not to get my roof fixed by the time the leaks made it to my drywall. I would happily recommend anyone in the Elizabeth City are to use Home genius for all your metal roofing needs. Be sure to ask for Andrew or AJ as your project manager!"

"Working with Wes was an excellent experience! I spoke with him on the phone about the work I needed done, and later that same day while he was in the area he stopped by my house (as promised) and he provided me an estimate on the spot. It is always great to talk with the person who provides the estimates and also who does the work because there is little chance for miscommunication. We worked out the date for the work and he arrived as promised. As Wes hinted, my house looks like it has a new roof! Some time ago I had a few shingles damaged and had to replace those. The replacement shingles where light brown on a dark brown roof; they really stuck out. After Wes did his job, my roof is all one color of light brown! The old shingles were just that dirty! I've included a picture of the "new" roof. Since the dirt came down the sides of the house, Wes basically washed a lot of the house just to make sure we didn't have dirt streaks on our home. That was a really professional touch. Wes then got to work on our paver sidewalk that had experienced a lot of moss and mold growth and was now becoming a hazard to walk on. Now, even in the rain we have sure footing. And again, Wes cleaned off any excess sand and dirt. The work Wes did was very high quality and I will not hesitate to use him again and I'll recommend him to anyone who needs house cleaning and roof work done. His pricing was very good and for the quality of his work it's a bargain. He's professional, responsible, and great to work with!"

"Our roof was leaking and they actually recovered my roof ahead of schedule and I was very appreciative."
